Muhammad Smith is the prime example of a QUACK! He orders routine and repeated tests to milk insurance companies for his personal profit. I tried to cancel an appointment when I discovered the urine test he ordered was for a 24 hour collection and I was unable to do this due to my work schedule when he suddenly was on the phone and stated "I give your physical". That was the final straw and I found a new doctor.

I had my first visit with him and he hardly spoke to me. He asked questions and when I tried to answer him he talked over me to his assistant. He reviewed my paper work and ordered more tests without explanation of why. He ordered a pelvic ultrasound but told me to get one of my other doctors to write the referral which was not a part of his practice in any way.

This doctor is a piece of crap. I would love to run into him outside his office. He should not be practicing medicine. Thank god I found a reputable doctor

This dr. released me from the hospital on 60 units of long acting insulin twice daily and never bothered to call me and check on me at home after my release! Had I not had prior knowledge about diabetes/insulin, I would be pushing up daisies now! I called the office to question the dose and was told the dr. was off for the day and when the receptionist called me back she said "call your family dr".
The first office visit was a nightmare! We had to wait over an hour, patients were being taken back to be seen "out of order of appointment times", the dr. violated HIPPA by pulling up a previous patient's profile on the computer in the room I was in and then left the room, there was NO documentation of his education anywhere on the walls of the office, no organization by the dr. in the office, it was a free for all! Also the dr. has terrible body odor!

Dr. Smith has been by far the most unprofessional and rude physician I have ever been seen by. He ordered tests on glands that have been removed previously, that he knew about and was documented in my files. He referred me to see a diabetes doctor in which I had no need for and was confirmed after getting a second opinion from two other doctors. His own nurses will roll their eyes behind his back when he is instructing patients. He will not listen to his patients concerns fully, and has no conceivable bed-side manner. After getting my additional opinions, Dr. Smith refused to see me stating in his own words, "I don't know what to do with you anymore" Luckily I was able to secure medicine refills before seeing my new doctor or else his decision would have been a health and life threatening emergency. In your best interest for your own health, stay away from this doctor!

I would never recommend or go there again. The doctor does not take time at all with his patiens, I was rushed in and out, did not listen to my questions or concerns I had. I was in and out of the office in 4 minutes but get charged for a 15 minute Doctor Visit.

I would only give this doctor half a star. The half a star was for his staff. He was in a hurry and wasn't interested in my concerns. I felt like I was rushed in and out. I was left feeling like I gained nothing by going to my appointment. Word of advice: If you would like to actually speak with your doctor and have any questions, don't go to this one!
