Dr. Lynda Crawford is the worst doctor/dermatologist in the area. I’ve never seen a person act so rude, arrogant, rigid, abrasive and lacks compassion . She seriously has the bedside manners of a mortician. When she entered the room, she comes in with a random woman. She says the person’s name but doesn’t state why she was there. Dr. Crawford offered no greeting. During the consultation, she yelled at me when I continued to talk about my issues and said “Stop! Let me finish my answer.” 😳 I let her finish. As she’s speaking I feel myself become flushed. When I further declined to take one of the suggested medications, she became furious and exhibited a serious attitude and displayed a frustrated disposition. I told her I felt uncomfortable with how she was speaking to me and that I felt she was rushing me along. She slammed her feet on the floor and said, “my feet are firmly planted, you have no reason to feel that way” All of this is taking place as the random woman is watching while I’m undressed with a paper gown on. Further during the consultation, Dr. Crawford became so visibly upset that I had questions and a list of concerns that I came in with that she storms out the room before the consultation was over. I was left sitting there. I put on my clothes in total disbelief. To say I was shocked is an understatement. I thought I was in a twilight zone. I have never experienced such an unprofessional doctor. No one should ever have to go through that. And, I try my best to support AA professionals. I can see why the ratings are 2 or less. Reviews really do matter. Don’t EVER go to her or send your loved ones to this practice. It amazing that they are still open for business. Her reviews on vitals and healthgrades are deplorable. I’ve NEVER been this humiliated before.

If allowed, I would give 0 stars. Stay away from this office. Lynda Crawford has 0 professionalism. I saw her kick out a patient for asking a question about her prescription. I felt so uncomfortable and decided to leave too. She literally stormed in the lobby and screamed at her patient who was calmly seated , speaking down to her. Very arrogant and condescending. Who talks to another woman like that?

If I can't ask a question to my dermatologist without her getting offended then what is the point?

I would have acne for the rest of my days before I return to her office. Definitely checking the reviews before making my next dermatologist appointment and you should too.

I look at this experience as a blessing that I didn't waste anymore of my time going back and forth to this office she showed her true character on my 1st visit!

Her office manager is just as nasty and evil as she is. This practice will rot in the ground if they keep it up.

Dr Crawford has been my Dermatologist for years. I have even taken my son to see her and referred her to others. I have never really cared for her bedside manner as a Dr but I overlooked it. Every visit I've had she stands across the room as if she doesn't want to touch you or even get up close to look at your skin. I was OK with it because essentially this was a once per year visit and all I wanted was refills for my prescriptions. This past visit earlier this summer she requested I return in 8 weeks so she could see how I was progressing. No change in the medication or dosage level - just how I applied it (don't put it on my cheeks). Her comment was she doesn't know how I'm doing since I never come back for my check-ups. I was offended but politely took my prescriptions and left. I canceled my 8 week appointment since I did not see the need to go. I have to take off my job - pay a $35 co-pay - she bill my insurance - for a 2 minute visit from her to stand across the room...thank you anyway! I've decided to go to a new dermatologist instead of going back.
