Absolutely the rudest doctor I have encountered in my life. Refused to reschedule my daughter for an infected tooth extraction after rescheduling her first appointment. Office was unprepared, receptionist left early and my daughter waited an hour before anyone else even knew she was there. Dr Coates didn't want to bother staying late and made her reschedule. She overslept the follow-up appointment because her alarm didn't go off and he put her on a "do not reschedule" list. Unreal! Even the office manager felt bad since my daughter was so kind and tried to get him to change his mind. He wouldn't. Believe me there is a reason that every other oral surgeon in town is booked out for months while he has immediate openings. Do yourself a favor and read all the other reviews on this practice. Then go somewhere else!!!

dr.coats is the best.wouldnt trust anyone for myself other then him.hes been great everytime ive been there.he is great at what he does.
