This doc just cannot keep an appointment time. Never less than 1/2 hour past and offers no apologies. Last time was a no show after one hour...I ended up walking out. The office staff couldn't care less.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
