I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. The reception/scheduling staff are part of the reason I am going to keep going. They are kind, responsive, and helpful.

I first saw Dr. Kohler 15 years ago when I had radial keratotomy and have been going to see him ever since, although since I can see without my contacts, I only have to go every 3-5 years or so. That makes me very happy.

Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are usually overbooked and fastpaced but quality does not suffer. The staff is well trained and work in a fast and efficient manner as does Dr. Daniels so you do not feel like they are ignoring you or doing busy work . They appreciate your patience when they are extremely busy and express their appreciation.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever.
