Have to go to the Dental Board and small claims court to try to get reimbursed for repair work done by another dentist to fix the horribly botched job on my tooth that this practice flatly denied- though anyone could see it plainly with the naked eye. They refused to do anything about it, telling me I was crazy and they weren't responsible. Stunning incompetence and arrogance.

This Dentist is the BEST I've ever been to! She is kind, caring, gentle, and always educates me so well on any procedures I may need. She also is always smiling and makes me feel welcome in her office. I used to be scared of the Dentist due to previous bad experiences, but now, I can't wait to go back and see her! She even remembers my husband and kids, and always asks how they're doing! I've referred many patients to her, and will continue to do so because she is one of a kind :)

Bad experience in the office. I had a crown done becasue they had a promotion on $ off to get it done. I went in and the office staff was nice but didn't have a lot of experience in doing crowns. The temporary crown was good but the Real corwn i got back didn't fit at all after he started to round off the edges. It was a weird shape and they dentist was angry i didn't like it. It had to be re-ordered but i think the problem was the denitst didn't know how to scupt it to fit my bite. I wouldn't go back again if I had it do it all over again. I'm searching for a new dentist right now since i'm not going back there ever again.
I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.

Horrible wait times, argumentative staff, inexpereinced dental provider. My appointment was at 11am i was seen on time but waited in the chair for an hour for the dentist. He then decided i needed a shot to deliver a crown which i didn't want. He tried to convince me to get a novacaine shot for 10 minutes before he told me i had to have one to complete the work. Once he started the work (like 5 minutes after he gave me the shots) He then said Oh Sorry i guess i didn't needto give you 4 shots at all. I can complete this with no shots at all!!! then they told me the crown he was trying to take off was cemented permentantly when it should have only been temorary so i have to go back to another visit to remove it since they by error put it on permanently! Very horrible expereince with all the mistakes and multiple visits.
I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting.
