The female dentist was AWESOME!!! She took very good care of me, as well as her assistant.

I found this office through my company's website… made my appointment and had several appointments back to back. Once the bills started coming in I was coded as “out of net-work”. I called the office and was told the dentist I was seeing was not technically "in-network" but would be very soon. (Hundreds and hundreds of dollars later!)

I finally paid off my balance... called in to the office and spoke with the male receptionist to advise of payment and asked to file an official complaint. All that I asked is that they would have told me in the beginning that 2 of the 3 dentist were in my network and the one I was seeing was not. I very calmly said that I felt taken advantage of and that I would not be recommending their office to anyone and would tell everyone I know about my experiences. The male then accused me of “threatening" him and I said I am free to tell my friends and family the truth about the bad service I have received. He again came back at me and said that was slander?!?!?

This office needs to train somebody on customer service or find a replacement!

I do NOT recommend this dental office.
