When Stezel Dental Group was at their orginal location on State Street, I would have given them a good review - they were friendly, didn't call and bug you about setting up cleaning appointments, worked with you finacially. But ever since they moved to their new office on Dupont Road, it's been nothing but hassles - they changed from "patient friendly" to "money hungry"!

Now, their receptionists incessently call and bug you about setting up cleaning appointments. They recommend expensive cosmetic procedures that they never recommended while they were at the old office - even though nothing has changed with the tooth since originally visiting them 20+yrs ago! They demand a hefty payment up front for services, even though your claim hasn't even run through your dental insurance company yet.

This group has definitely changed their attitude since their move northwest!

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
