My family have been patient's of Dr. Adelsperger's and I felt the need to leave this comment. I have been reading other comments that have been left and I felt the need to offer my experiences with this office. In consulting with the office initially, everything is given to you in advance of starting treatment regarding appointments, office hours, etc. In regard to emergencies, when I called to schedule appointments such as a poky wire, the front desk was very accommodating and friendly and in most cases, we could get in the same day. When my children had a bracket off, not always were we able to get an appointment the same day and I understood this, but usually within a week or less and we used the dental wax if needed until we got it fixed. The staff was always friendly and we were made to feel welcome and appreciated. The comment that was most concerning to me in one of the reviews was that you are to go to your own dentist first in the case of an emergency. I'm not sure what this person was referring to, but if my child had an injury to their mouth such as a sports injury, I would take them to the emergency room first anyway! I don't know any company that asks it's employees to work through their lunch so I don't think this is a fair comment.

be aware that there is only one doctor and she only works part time. (her husband is an oral surgeon, she doesn't need your money) if a wire breaks between thursday afternoon and monday morning - forget it - you'll just have to suffer. they dont work late, thru lunch, on fridays or on weekends. i wish i had noticed it before, but now i see that even their website warns you if you have an emergency to go to your own dentist instead. this office will not accomodate your schedule for last-minute reschedules either. totally arrogant staff

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my daughter's well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was so impressed with the progresssheI was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about her future. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have her best interest at heart. I was amazed at how flexible their financing options were. They were more than willing to work with me. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
