The staff was kind and friendly. The Dr. was rude. My child and I both need fillings and he said it was pathetic, shook his head a walked out of the room. He said adults should never have a cavity and yet he has fillings. I do not floss daily but do 3 to 4 days a week and my whole family brushes daily yet my child does not push down hard enough. I have had 2 such encounters with this jerk. I am looking for a new dentist. His assistant done my filling now it needs to be redrilled and refilled in 6 months time and he acts like it is all my fault. I have never felt so insignificant in my life!

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. Eric was a jerk instead of getting service I got smart ass comments.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand.
