2&4yr old's first visit went amazing. Dr. seem nice staff was very nice. I didn't even go in with my children and they took really great care of them. And bonus they had no cavities!

The entire staff made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was taken back right at the time of my appointment. So often I have sat at my previous dentist for up to an hour before being seen. The nurse and doctor all talked and took time with me and best of all, NO PAIN. I will be coming back here. Happy to have a new dentist.

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable. I never have smiled so much at a doctor's office, but their enthusiasm and warmth is infectious. Took care of me and my insurance is paying the entire bill. Couldn't ask for anything more. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. They deserve it.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They took lots of time with me and didn't make me feel embarrassed about neglecting my teeth in the past. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. . Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely spotless it looked. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I do not recommend this dental office in emergency situations. I called this office with a massive tooth infection to see if I could get in on an emergency basis. I had no problem getting in right away which was the good part. After filling out paperwork and being brought to a chair the dentist took a look and had an x-ray done. Mind you the side of my face was swollen and red and the pain was fierce. The dentist came back in and said he could not tell which tooth it was because of other dental work and would not do any work to it. Said would give me a prescription for antibiotic and pain and wanted me to make another appointment for saturday, this was a wednesday. Not happy at this point due to the amount of pain I was in. Front desk girl says first saturday appointment would be over a month. I flipped at this point. She said they could try and get me in sooner at their other office in Chicago. That would be another week to get in their she said. Said they could try and get me in over their in afternoon for an EVALUATION, not fix but an evaluation. said thanks but no thanks. Took the following Wednesday appointment and then they made me pay the billed amount in FULL before leaving. Managed to get an appointment same day with another dentist who took an x-ray and spotted the tooth immediately. He couldnt believe the other dentist didnt know which tooth and sent me off like that. The only good thing the dentist said was at least he gave me an antibiotic.
Note that I am a Blue Cross/Blue Shield dental member and this office is a preferred provider. According to Blue Cross the were not even supposed to charge me since they are a preferred provider.
Keeps getting better. This was the end of April, blue cross paid May 6th. Middle of June still no refund check from dentist for full amount I paid. They claim they used the wrong code and sent the check back to blue cross. To me just another ploy for dentist office to find a way to get more money from insurance company. Of course blue cross says they have never received check back nor either letter dentist office had sent. After an hour on the phone with blue cross and I have to say the customer service rep was fantastic in helping to find out what was going on and making phone calls to the dentist office while I waited. Finally she comes back and said the dental office said that if they resend the check back to them they will send me all my money back. Sounds awful fishy doesnt it since they had the check in the first place and should have given my money back at that point no matter what. According to blue cross they cannot bill me the difference between the dentist's submitted fee and the dentist's contracted fee anyhow and, being the bill was paid at 100% of the contracted fee my money should have been refunded no matter what.
I dont recommend anyone go through this hassle.
