I scheduled a consultation appointment for my son. I was told we were the first appointment of the day, 8 am, and our appointment would take 15-20 min. Perfect, so I could still get my 3 kids to school on time. We arrived by 7:45 am to turn in our paperwork since my son was a new patient. 5 people went in before us. We ended up leaving and not seeing Dr. Forfar since the whole point of having the first appointment was to be on time for school. I'm not sure how we could be considered the first appointment when I was told he sees post-op patients first. #confusedandangry #saywhatyoumean

Dr. Forfar double bills. His policy is to have the patient pay upfront, but he also accepts the payment from Metlife instead of having the patient paid directly. I paid $160 on the day of the appointment; then he accepted payment from MetLife as well. So he received and cashed double payments. It is now more than 60 days, and even after requesting payment by phone four times and in writing once, I have still not received the $160 repayment. He is unethical and arrogant. I went for a consultation on an expensive procedure. They wanted me to put up $1700 before starting the procedure. After I saw the estimate, my share would be less than $1,000. The guy is a crook.

While Dr.Forfar is a good oral surgeon from a surgery perspective,he clearly lacks any semblence of "people skills". Typical patient/doctor questions are answered in an abrupt,flippant manner as though question(s) of any kind are frowned upon by Mr.Perfect himself.I would love to tell him of the CORPORATION that I own,and see what idiotic questions that he would have so that I could answer with his ahole attitude! If he was a small man,I probably would have hit him.
