First of all, my child has seen Dr. Sessums on 4 different vists. He has never had the best bedside manner, but this last visit takes the cake. After this 4th visit, I will never be back. Dr. Sessums should not be a pediatric doctor. He has no patience with children (nor adults for that matter) and was rude to my autistic child, as well as myself because my child would not cooperate with him immediately upon his entrance into the tiny room. He did not give my child time to settle down to try again. He stormed out of the room without saying good bye or have a safe trip home in this pouring rain. I guess his time is more valuable and precious than my or my family's. He did not care to know what I had gone through to get to the appointment (early by the way), only to be immediately and abruptly dismissed without showing any compassion. Oh, and if you have a 1:00 appointment - do not get there early. Dr. Sessums and his staff take an hour lunch break from 12 to 1 and refuse to open the practice until 1:01.

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me.
If you want to wait for hours after your scheduled appointment time, and be treated rudely by the receptionist staff, then this is your doctor od choice.
