They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember me.
