Mark and his crew get straight A's for care, professionalism, integrity, and courtesy. I have had several implants as well as jaw surgery. I have brought both my children in for wisdom tooth issues, and my wife has had implants as well. The staff are the nicest and most helpful people you could want, and bend backwards to help with any questions or issues. They will also fight to get the insurance coverage you have paid for to work the way it is supposed to.

The best part is Mark will switch to classical music if you like that better than bubblegum!

The surgeon and the nurses were great, I felt very comfortable with them.
The office staff however is horrible, they will not file the insurance claims and send you the bill and then blame you for the problem. The take a sarcastic and rude tone whenever you speak on the phone with them.
I will not go back to this Dr. because the front office staff is a nightmare to deal with.
There are many good doctors, keep looking for one that has a staff that doesn't treat you like garbage.

Our family has used this office numerous times. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed (01/05); my son had major jaw surgery done @ St Alexius Med'l Center (11/02) as well as misc extractions. The entire staff was very accommodating & compassionate, esp w/my son who has autism. They have some of the most advanced and sophisticated equipment I have ever seen. It was pretty amazing. They really go above and beyond to make us feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care and I recommend their office to any friend who requires the use of an oral surgeon.

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Great Doctor but horrible office staff. The women at the front desk are rude and don't file your insurance claims in a timely manner, leaving you with the whole bill. Would not recommend this place.
