Doctor and his staff are very competent and personable.
Good follow up after you have a procedure,
Lynn is very helpful handling insurance matters.
Hygienists are gentle and calming.
Dentist does top quality work.

Dr. Arnold has a staff that immediately makes you feel at home. They are very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and warm. Dr. Arnold is just an excellent dentist. I like that he thoroughly explains any necessary procedure and that he shows me via a picture from a medical camera if anything needs repair. He enjoys educating his clients. I have NEVER experienced any pain from any procedure he has performed on me. His ace office manager, Lynn, always is able to squeeze me in if I need an appointment. Because Dr. Arnold and staff are excellent. I have utmost confidence in them.

First visit - friendly and personable. Felt comfortable with both him and hygienist Johanna. Explained work that needed to be done - why necessary and in what order. Would highly recommend Dr Arnold

I am Down Syndrome and my dentist Dr. Arnold is great.
He jokes with me and treats me like everybody else.
Lynn in the front office is always nice to me. Johanna's cleans my teeth and we laugh all the time. She tells me that I brush good. I like my dental office.

Just became a new client of Dr. Arnold. Wish I had started with him ages ago. What a wonderful dentist. Had a crown put in. It was a"piece of cake"! I had my new crown within 4 hours. No need to return two weeks later for the "actual" crown like my last dentist.

Everyone in Dr. Arnold's office is kind, considerate and welcoming. I had a great experience. Thank you, Dr. Arnold and staff. Believe it or not, I cannot wait for my next appointment. How often can you say that?

Never disappointed with Dr. Arnold in over 25 years of dental care for my wife & me. In the few emergency situations in those years he has responded quickly, effectively and always followed up afterward to be certain everything was now ok. It has been and is a wonderful relationship.

Dr. Arnold and his staff are 100% professional, accommodating and responsive to my dental needs. This office is truly family oriented and I am always made to feel comfortable and relaxed. I have and will continue to unhesitatingly refer all of my family and friends to Dr. Arnold, and cannot say enough about the quality of the services he and his staff provide.
