I have always loved going to the Dickens Mason Kissell office, the technicians and office staff are the most wonderful, kind, helpful people, and great at what they do. However, I would absolutely NOT recommend Dr. Kissell, as I was there recently, and Dr. Kissell didn't spend hardly more than a minute with me, and was very rude to me. I am extremely disappointed, and will be seeing Dr. Mason or Dr. Dickens (both excellent) for my next dental check up.

There is no comparison!

Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail

They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They are very concerned that the patient is not in pain through a procedure. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind.
