I have received the best service from a dentist office at this location. All of my needs were met and the thursday appointments are a plus in my busy life. If you are seeking a new dentist and had dental fears, this is the place for you.
My Flex account agent brought to my attention that HP Dental over billed me for some charges. 1. After a closer look, I realized that network (PPO) adjustments are passed onto their customers... 2. Some of the insurance coding states that they have already billed for the services. 3. It might be a coincidence, but after I brought these issues to their attention, in January, the dentist "fixed" one tooth so that the food gets stuck there. 4. I am still trying to clean the account from the last year, and due to their slow reply my Flex card got locked many times and I lost my Flex spending benefits. I tried to keep it in the house, but I don't seem to get any assistance out there. I thought people should know...
They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. My mouth felt disgusting when I left my appointment. It actually felt dirtier than it did when I arrived. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
I have finally found a dentist I don't dread going to and feel confident and satisfied leaving. I have never been greeted so warmly or treated so professionally until I visited Dr. Coggin at High Point Dental, and thank you everyone at the office for making me feel this way.
