I have had a very bad experience with 3 front desk personnel. In summary after the winter storm our appt was canceled and my child needed to be seen for 2 issues and when they rescheduled his appointment I was told 1 of the 2 issues would absolutely not be addressed by the doctor because the after hours is only for sick children??! I have worked in health care 25 years and I know this is wrong. It is ridiculous to make my child come back for a second visit. I have never given a doctor's office a bad review but I am giving this staff/doctor (Galleger) a poor review. I am a single mother who works and for me to take off work to come back to see the doctor for a SECOND visit to take care of my childs needs is not only ridiculous but just plain wrong.
