They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

They were explained, but not thoroughly

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Not really. I usually have to remind them.
Was this provider sympathetic to your situation?
Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding
