They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their front desk staff however was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I don't think the front desk staff appreciate customer loyalty. We've been visiting Dr. Davis for over 12 yrs now and yet when you speak to the front desk ladies, you get the feeling that you're fairly "new" to their practice. They can be borderline rude. Don't even attempt to ask any billing questions because they'll give you this look and tone like "you dare question the way we bill?" The office was easy enough to find. However, I've switched jobs and their location is not necessarily convenient for us to drive to. We stay because we like working with Dr. Davis and his hygienist staff. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The 4-star rating is accounting for the front desk staff... otherwise, it would be a 5-star rating.
