Was this provider's office too cold?
Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

Dr. Raihle is an excellent dentist. However, this practice is set up for those who (1) have extremely flexible schedules (2) don't care how much they pay and (3) can deal with limited competence from medical administrative personnel.

Unless you fall in all three of those categories, I'd advise you to take good care of your teeth and find a dentist who might be a bit less skilled but cares less about maximizing revenue and has a more competent staff.
