Incompetent. Had license previously suspended (see IDPR website). Sued for malpractice and other issues multiple times (ex. failure to provide refund when work not done). Does not disclose that manufactures implants himself. Implants almost always fail. Promises a # of implants but always ends up putting less because puts one implant where there is room for two. Doesn't know what he's doing despite years of practice. Stay away.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid.
