After spending over 6 months with this surgeon he has completely failed to show any professional characterics.

My first meeting with him was great. My 8 year problem was fully diagnosed with an assurance that he could fix the problem with a very involved complex surgery. My concerns as to the danger of the surgery were almost completely removed by his assurance that they were relatively minor, and that his preparation and experience would almost provide a sure successful procedure, he cancelled the operation 4 days before, but after he had prescribed over $200 worth of antibiotics. His reasons for the cancellation were all of the concerns I had provided him with, and he had assured me were not to be considered.

In follow-up, he had promised to provide referrals to 3 of the best spine multidisciplinary centers in the country, and after 3 weeks, he has provided nothing but verbal information and promises. Now, I can't even get him to give me any feedback as to where he is in the process.

I would be very cautious about using this surgeon for any serious procedures.
