When I first met Dr. Berley, he was very nice and friendly. He went over dental care in great detail. But after the first appointment, I was treated poorly and felt rushed during my other appointments. I requested their latest appointment each time, only to have them call each time beforehand, asking if I could arrive earlier. My last appointment, they kept trying to get a hold of me, and my husband at work, to see if I could come earlier. When I arrived the dentist was upset with me because he said that he had finished early that day, and was trying to get a hold of me to come earlier. He seemed upset to have to wait around, though I had made the appointment in advance. He said he was very aggressive about cavities, and I have never had so many fillings done. I am not sure if they were all necessary. When he was trying to determine if my bite was even (after doing the fillings) he was impatient with how softly I was biting down. He then said, "we can always fit your bite next time, without the pain medication." I felt completely uncomfortable after that, and have decided not to return.
