I am a dental professional and am very familar with Dr. Bork's work. It is and always will be excellent. The layperson isn't aware of what to look for in esthetics and function of restorative dentistry. Most of these people are on PPO's and are lucky to have such a talented dentist participarting in their plans. Look beyond everything else and know you have a dental professional that is driven by excellence not bells and whistles.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. Received a crown but 6 months later had to have done AGAIN because it was not put on correctly - he was very rushed. This cost me me over 1000 to have it done again.!!

No, I never saw one
Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate?
Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
