All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Chau-Kuang Lin, MD was very thorough and informative. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet.
