I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They didn't call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, but I really didn't need a reminder. It would've been nice if they had called me but it wasn't essential. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.
