Having a root canal is no fun for anyone but some dentists make the process less painful than others. After finding out I needed a root canal I was horrified. I am only 20 years old and didn’t think my teeth were in such bad shape. I know being a smoker doesn’t help your teeth stay healthy, but I didn’t think since I had only been smoking for 4 years that it would have affected me so quickly.

I have a really good dentist, Dr. Simona Balan is a wonderful and professional dentist that had warned me about the dangers of smoking many times, but I just didn’t listen. Now I had to have a root canal done and I knew it wouldn’t be a pleasant experience, but Dr. Simona Balan walked me thru the procedure before he got started and it helped put my mind at rest.

During the procedure Dr. Simona Balan was very gentle with my mouth and he made sure my gums stayed numb the entire time. He stopped several times to ask me if my level of comfort was ok. Getting a root canal was not what I had expected and thanks to this fine dentist my experience was a great one.

Now that my teeth are free of infection and my gums have healed, I can now eat like a normal person. Dr. Simona Balan has even convinced me to finally stop smoking and I feel much better about myself. If you need any kind of dental work done, I would highly recommend you make an appointment with this caring dentist. He will make you comfortable and get the job done quickly so that you can be on your way.

My five year old son needed some dental work done and since we were new in town I didn’t have a family dentist yet. My son really needed to see a dentist soon because he was having a toothache and in a lot of pain. I called around to some local dentists in the area but none were able to make an appointment for my son for more than a month. I had just one more number to call and I wished that I had called this dentist first. Dr. Simona Balan agreed to see my son that very same day and his office staff was very helpful over the phone.

Once I and my son arrived at the dentist’s office, we didn’t wait long for him to be called back. My son is very nervous when it comes to doctors and dentists and so Dr. Simona Balan even allowed me to come in the room with my son. After looking at my son’s teeth they found a small cavity that was causing the pain and quickly took care of it.

I was amazed at Dr. Simona Balan’s ability to keep my son from crying. Every time we have been to the dentist with cavities, my son has left in tears; but not this time. Thanks to a really great dentist my son’s tooth was fixed and he was all smiles. We now use Dr. Simona Balan for all our family dental needs and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has small children. He is great with kids and he knows how to keep them calm. This is the best dentist I have ever been too.

Having to visit the dentist is something that fills me with absolute dread. I have been to quite a few but have never found anybody that makes me feel better about getting work done. I have just needed some quite major work done on my teeth and was anxious and scared. A friend of mine had just had similar work done and recommended Dr Simona Balan.
She was great. The process was pretty much pain free and her staff make you feel at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Dr Balan understood my anxiety and made sure that the procedure was as stressless as possible.
The results are fantastic and I cannot recommend Dr Balan highly enough to anybody who needs any form of dental work done. She offers great value for money as well as being a kind and gentle dentist who understands that people do get anxious and will work with you to make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during the process. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean.

The Dentist used to be a place that I would avoid at all costs. I hated everything it meant from the pain and sitting it a chair while they pick at your teeth. Then one day out of the blue I thought I would go and get my teeth checked and see if anything had changed over the years. Well the experience that I had with Dr. Simona Balan was the best ever. It really made me want to continue to see a Dentist so I can keep my teeth healthy and have a great smile for years to come.

And it wasn't just me that was affected, but my wife and children as well. While I did need to get some work done, everyone else came back with a clean bill of health as far as their teeth were concerned. Each step was explained and my younger daughter asked a lot of questions about what everything does. They were more than happy to show her everything, putting her little mind at ease.

And better yet the staff were just as friendly as Dr. Simona Balan, making the experience well worth the time. While I'm not thrilled about the prospect of having work done on my teeth, at least I know that I will be well taken care of in the hands of some professionals who do their jobs with me in mind,

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
