I love Dr. Patin, she really cares. Now some of the staff are snooty but overall I am there for the care she gives

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

There was only a couple of times where the staff was actually able to answer my questions. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. If I compare Dr. Patin to others in the field, I wouldn't say she's the worst, but definitely not the best. Very hard to see her for urgent care and have had to see other doctors. Once saw the nurse practitioner that read my lab work incorrectly resulting in a misdiagnosis and unnecessary meds. Dr. Patin only sees certain types of appointments on certain days and will often cancel and reschedule appointments that have taken weeks to secure. Not good! This business is in one of the safest areas around - BRGMC facility. This business is really conveniently located and is close to everything - restaurants and Mall of Louisiana. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I chose Dr. Patin because she is a female, but have recently decided to go back to my male ob/gyn that can see me quicker and without throwing me under the bus to an improperly trained nurse practitioner.
