Dr. Bishop and her staff do an excellent job. The wait is never very long. They are always friendly and work with my insurance company waiting patiently for payment. Only one time did I ever feel that my questions were not answered completely

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.

Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
