Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Something great about this office is the fantastic chairs they have in their waiting room. I could practically fall asleep while waiting to see the orthodontist.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Dr Lloyd always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Its like one big family. They have a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room, as well as a flat screen TV, which keeps me entertained while I wait for my appointment. I am in awe at the level of service I received. Dr Lloyd has video games and computers at every chair, its a blast. Lloyd Orthodontics completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely refer him to everyone that needs braces!!!
