Had a tooth pulled first visit the nurse was very rude did not care if I was there or not. Second visit I was having pain in my gum where the tooth was pulled. Surgeon showed no compassion whatsoever and when he injected me with numbing medicine made no attempt to be gentle. The surgeon and his nurses acted like they were doing me a big favor by taking care of me. I have never been treated so badly by a medical professional before in my life. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I think the sugeon wanted me to wait and see what happened with the pain in my gum but I had already suffered enough! Had him reopen the gum and do some work to the bone. I left feeling very confused and stunned as to how these people can get away with treating their patients this way. The first visit I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The second visit, they got me in the day I called. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and were available when I called with more questions I wanted answered. I had a chance to visit both of the oral surgeons and would highly recommend either. Their staff is friendly, reassuring, professional, and made the whole experience that much better.

In response to the negative posts, I believe the patient's family may have not understood procedures with general anesthesia. The separate exit goes right to the parking lot making it easier to get the patient into their vehicle.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I was very satisfied with my visit. I felt they were more worried about getting paid, than they were about my care. I ended up having an allegeric reation to get stitches in my mouth and I felt like they could have cared less.

They answered most of our questions but we could have used more information. We left with very uneasy feelings sort of like they were in a hurry to get rid of us. They had us exit through a back door it made me feel like they did not want the waiting patients to get unnerved by the exiting paitents already treated. My daughter was very disoriented and still crying when we left she is 19 yrs. old. They also ruined my daughters teeth, they were perfectly straight before her removal of her wisdom teeth, after, all her front teeth on the bottom are pushed together and unaligned, she was in braces for 2 years to have this type of work done. When I asked the nurse about it she was very defensive and stated that this was not done by them, do I have any pictures from before her surgery? My answer was yes I do. She just walked away and ignored me. Their staff was not friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make us feel welcome. The office was easy enough to find. I will never return here for treatment and I am very unpleased and angry with the care we recieved.
