Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room leave something to be desired. They could use an upgrade as they are not the most comfortable. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. They could have definitely been more gentle while they were cleaning my teeth. It wasn't too terrible, but I definitely wasn't comfortable.

I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. They didn't do too much to welcome me, but maybe they were busy. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
