No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I saw Dr. Lefelstein for several years. The office is old and could certainly be updated. Gives the appearance that it is dirty. Always felt that they only wanted my money. If I had extensive work I had to pay up front and I received a second bill within days of a crown being ordered. They were a provider of my insurance and billed me for full amount and then would refund the adjusted rated. Wrong. For a cleaning lucky if the dentist was in my mouth 1 minute. Always seemed hurried.
