No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Don't go here. They send postcards out offering discounts then they basically add on extra services and push them on you very aggressively so instead of walking out with a $59 bill it ends up $149. They push really hard tooth whitening and oral cancer screening then guilt trip you about declining it. Every small service is just another fee from cleaning to fluoride to the inspection to the X-ray to the flossing and brushing instructions to the oral cancer screening. When all said and done you are out $200 and told to return in 6 months to do the entire thing all over.

And yes in 6 months they basically HARASS you to return. If dumb enough like me to give your cell phone and email address, they will email, text and call you like crazy to come into their office.

This is purely a business not a medical office. Avoiding it like the plague if possible is the key in my opinion.
