Read the small print, and Look before you leap. In response to My daughter's experience with Illinois Institute of Dental Sleep Medicine -Dr. Rod Willey. "They deserve a minus and no stars"

Sarah answered an Ad " Don't Suffer Needlessly: Call 243-8980 to Schedule Your Complimentary Dental Sleep Appliance Consult Today! " Without her knowledge and without completing the sleep study (due to a malfunction of the appliance) Dr. Willey's office made an appliance for her. . The invoice that I saw at the office amounted to approximately $7900. All this and she never even completed the sleep study. I personally returned the unopened appliance . Now Dr. Willey's office is asking Sarah to pay for the appliance along with consulting fees. She was charged for consulting fees when I accompanied Sarah to the office to inform them that she was not interested. In my opinion Sarah was misled and we are still wondering what data was used to determine a sleep score. She did not wear the appliance for testing because she could not get it to work. All this for answering a complimentary consultation for Dental Sleep Appliance. As a consumer I have never had a more dissatisfying and dishonest buying experience. I plan to list this review on Craig's List, Facebook, Peoria Citizens, YP.com and Google to name a few.

I would advise all family, friends and associates to stay as far away as possible from Dr. Rod Willey and Illinois Institute of Dental Sleep Medicine - Dunlap, Peoria,

GE Capital is the finance company the office uses. I believe interest rate is around 29% to finance the $7900. Moreover, they asked me to co-sign the 29+% interest rate. Talk about dishonesty! What happened to honesty and integrity in the medical profession. Furthermore, no one has called Sarah to ask if they could help nor have they made any effort to resolve this situation. My CPAP machine was recommended based on a score from a sleep study. All subsequent services that I receive take that score into consideration. The cost was less than $2000. I have successfully managed my sleep patterns for over 10 years.

Don't forget to follow me and Illinois Institute of Dental Sleep Medicine - Facebook, Twitter, Craig's List, Facebook, and YP.com.

They burned up all of the money my insurance company allowed for one year, in one sitting!!! They took a million x-rays and then tried to charge me an extra one hundred dollars!!! One visit I sat in a chair for one hour...They came in, ground on my teeth and for seven minutes then charged me seven hundred dollars. When I started questioning their costs and thier practices, they stopped asking me to come back. What are they trying to hide?

Don't let the nice looking building fool you...Just look at all of those BMW's parked out in the employee parking...
