The receptionist was so rude that I did not even schedule an appointment. I can't imagine that the doctor would want her speaking to potential new patients in such an unprofessional manner. I have never before been so put off by a receptionist that I actually chose to go elsewhere!

This practice changed to "Broadway Family Dental" and while the dental hygienists/assistants are fantastic, both the dentist and also her receptionist have to be among the most rude people I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. The receptionist is rude, abrupt, and snarky, and the dentist isn't much better. Honestly, I'm not sure how the receptionist is still employed. We left for another dentist a long while back, and we will never go back to Broadway in Coal City!

The lady who answers the phone is rude. She has been rude for years and I have choices so I will not be going back. The rest of the staff are friendly and professional. Faye or whatever her name is the reason I am leaving. Her customer service skills are deplorable. I would not recommend them just because you can't get around having to deal with this woman.

I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hesitate due to the fact that when I asked NOT to do more then 1 procedure on my son at a time due to cost he went ahead and did it anyway then charged me the full amount!He was told flat out I couldnt afford everything at once & I was told " Well it was better to do it now " VERY RUDE They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. I found out that they don't have a good professional reputation among other dentists. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
