They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods of doctor patient interaction. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored, by the office staff, only ignored by the doctor. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Heaven forbid if you get an infection at the hospital. Even if he sees the green pus running out of your hand its, "don't worry that's only a stitch working out that's not an infection." Find another surgeon.
I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
Dr. Cummins is condescending, ROUGH, impersonal, with ZERO bedside manner. He did not give me the time of day. He treated me like an object, not a person. I would rather live without surgery than to go under the knife with him EVER again. He did surgery on my hand and messed up my joints, cut through my tendons, and has caused me to have to go through months of unnecessary physical therapy. He will not answer your questions, rather, he will act annoyed and as if you have put him out by asking. GO ANYWHERE BUT TO DR. THOMAS D. CUMMINS.
