They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. The office staff was unprofessional, the waiting room smelled of old urine and everything seemed grungy. Not ever returning.
