I couldn't believe that they would charge that much. As guardians helping with elderly parents, I encouraged them to see him. Years now the family issues are to the point of no return, none of my calls were returned for so many weeks, just asking them for urgent help. I understand HIPPA, but I also know my parents had rights to more input and facts that could have prevented so much trauma. the customer's always right I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

They always keep their appointment times. They never overbook appointments, even though they are extremely popular. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. Their credentials were displayed prominently.

Dr. Miller gets straight to the issues and treats the person/symptoms (did not seem to get occupied with which diagnostic code I fit). I gave him a time frame to "fix this!" and he really came through. The office staff is friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and makes me feel cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Jon Miller.

Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
