Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

My review is I had to attend an IME with this doctor. He was friendly, easy to talk with, interacted with his personal stories.
He totally mixed up my report with over 63 obvious mistakes. If his report had to be a part of my court case I would prove him incompetent.!!!!
