I think an investigation into the deaths of patients by this doctor is in order. Jim Reis death is due to this Dr.'s negligence. I am sure there are more suicides that were covered up.. they were do to the medication.. also due to lack of monitoring .

Not only did they Dr. Baluyots office not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like Dr. Baluyot didn't really care about helping me. It really bothers me that they Dr. Baluyot made no effort to get to know me or make me feel important in any way. She obviously doesn't appreciate me as a person or a customer. Dr. Baluyot didn't show any sort of attention to detail, and had to look into my chart and ask the same basic questions each time, as if I had never been there before. I was always concerned that they were going to miss or forget something important. The staff was kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. Dr. Baluyot is almost always unavailable. It was always a 4 week wait to get in. In an emergency they just tell you to go to the E.R. Dr. Baluyot was not a specialist in my condition, but never bothered to mention that, or to recommend an alternate Dr. She dismissed my concerns over some severe side effects of medications she had prescribed, instead just prescribing others to mask those symptoms. (this decision of hers, had I let her do it, would have put me in danger, as I found out through simple internet research, and consulting with a provider who specializes in my condition) Dr Baluyot was rude when I expressed a desire to go to another provider, and refused to write a letter of referral. Dr. Baluyot got her medical degree from some "University" in the Phillipines. Dr. Baluyot is referred to in my home as "the quack ho."
