I saw Dr. Shatford for hand surgery and follow-up in 2001. I had carpal tunnel surgery. The surgery occurred at the VA Hospital. I was very happy with the outcome of my surgery. I had full use of my hand within 6 weeks of the surgery. Prior to the surgery I had been experiencing stabbing pain and numbness in my hand for 2 years. The condition didn't resolve with spllnts or vitamin therapy. If I have another need for a hand surgeon I will seek his care, again.
