I am surprised to read even a single bad review about this dental office. I think they make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. Every time I go to Sand Ridge Dental, they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They answer all of my questions and are extremely thorough in explaining what type of work I need and why. I have never visited a dentist who explained things so well and took so much time to talk to me. Both Dr. Leila and her assistant make me feel very comfortable in the dentist chair every time I go in, even though I'm usually very nervous visiting the dentist.

I love this dental office! And though it is a small, quaint office (which, is great to me), all of the staff here is exceptionally nice.

I am so afraid of dentists'! Yet, I was taken great care of by a Dr. Leila Shahbander, who has a very calming demeanor. She is very professional and she takes the time to explain every single step of a procedure, as she is working on your teeth. Heck, I did not even feel the shot that she gave me in my gums! It was awesome, I feel very at ease in her care. Again, everyone in the office is very nice and I love how they explain all of the variety of options and, or services, that they offer and can be that can be performed ahead of time, which helps you to make an educated decision. Additionally, they eagerly answered all of my questions. I am so happy to have found this place, I love my NEW dentist!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The doctors made me feel very comfortable and relieved my anxiety about dental visits. All my questions were answered, and I feel comfortable receiving dental treatment from them.

I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
