I should have read the reviews about this practice before I started taking my family there, their service is ok, nothing better than any other average whole sale dental practice but their billing and accounting staff are incompetent and continuously miss filling insurance claims.

Even though myself, wife, and three daughters went there, and we all have the same last name, address, and use my insurance, after seeing one of my daughters for 11 months, these morons could not figure out what insurance to charge for the last visit in December of 2013 and that is after we all had used the insurance there for the entire year. We also gave them the new insurance cards for 2014 and they could not file the new claims correctly. I tried to help them and worked with them so much they should have paid me for my time. After all this they still could not get it right.

They might have a couple of good dentists in the practice but their accounting department incompetence steals the show, dealing with them is an absolute nightmare.

I would recommend that you save yourself a pain that lasts longer than the treatment and go somewhere more professional.

also remember even though there are multiple locations for Grove dental, they all part of the same business group and share the same accounting and business office in downers grove.

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I needed to get a filling on my front teeth. I ended up having my filling done by KELLY ANNE JANAS . I was very horrified by the experience. As I was seated in the chair, she packed my front teeth with filling material, then left me waiting for 20min. Then she came back to the room to put even more filling on and left me. After another 10 min. she came back and sanded my teeth very very fast like she wanted to get me off the chair already. It seemed she didn't care at all how I felt . All she cared about is getting paid, not how I was feeling . I left with grooves and rough spots all over and my teeth are not even at all. They are way too thick . My bite is not right at all. I am getting frequent headaches when I chew. She is not professional at all. As i walked out she even tried to sugar-coat it saying how my teeth are beautiful. If you get this far in my story, you owe it to yourself to see someone else for your oral healthcare. I beg everyone not to go to her... please!

Note...This does not apply to the rest of the staff at Grove Dental. I had my wisdom teeth removed by DR. DAVID SMITH. Well done. He does beautiful work.
