I have been a patient here for several months now. I have always felt that Dr. Bhupalam and his staff have exhausted every avenue to help me and make me well again. All of my requests and needs have always been met. He always takes the time to answer my questions and makes me feel like I am his most important patient. The staff are always friendly, kind and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone needing neurological services!

zip review. you do not l isten to your patients. if so, then why would you not listen to me thursday when i told you dead to your face that i had NOT restarted my dilantin against your orders per our TELEPHONE conversation in December when YOU yourself told me NOT to take it because it was too strong for me as a result of my STAGGERING. As a result of your persistence of the lab orders from last December you had me put on the Dilantin again and my seizures became worse. It felt like I was having a tsunami of seizures of my own. You are a nightmare and I will be in to fill an information release to go to another neurologist. Oh, and by the way, much to your further dismay, you recently testified against my sister, Norma Smith, in her accident lawsuit last year. She won. You also threw my nephew out of your office for being the concerned son and inquiring of his mother's(Norma Smith's) condition. Any physician who treats a member of my family like this does not deserve to be my neurologist. When i TOLD you I had not brought my meds in each time you asked, I meant it and I also became that much more adamant when I told you I went to Audubon for my seizure the previous Saturday. I also resented your acting like Judge Judy in denying that the fact of the meds results for Dilantin conflicted with my adamant and HONEST denials of taking Dilantin against your orders not to do so. Just because something doesn't make sense doesn't always mean it isn't true. Apparently you didn;'t bother to notice that the Dilantin results were from your own orders from last December when you yourself told me to stop taking it. I put myself back onto the Keppra and have been able to sleep in my own bed the last two months. When I was on the Dilantin things added up and they were worse. I still get dizzy but at least now am more comfortable about going outside of my apartment as a result of being off the Dilantin. I will be in this week to get the prescribed lab tests, but I will also be by the office to fill out a release of information as will be looking at finding another neurologist that I know understands what it means to listen to the patients. Since you are in our country, you need to follow our ways of living and doing things. Not the other way around.
