Had an initial visit for my son with Dr. Zimmer. Seemed nice enough during the appmt and was told the findings would be sent to his dentist so we could get a referral to move ahead with treatment. This was supposed to be sent the next day. It was not; when we checked in a few days later we were told Dr. Zimmer was on vacation and since they are not electronic the record could not be accessed until she returned a week later. Turns out, the treatment plan was not sent because it was never written up and the file was left in the doctor's home office so no one could access it until the dr. came back. All in all, we lost over a week since they dropped the ball and did not write up / send over the dental records. When we talked to the office ladies, there was no accountability for how this lapse happened and when I asked them to make sure this would not happen to anyone else by putting a better structure in place to ensure accountability it was met with 'ok' and not much else. They did not seem to have any care about the inconvenience and frankly unprofessionalism this doctor showed. There are plenty of other local doctors to give your business to. Don't waste your time.

I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
