It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and listen to every question or concern I may have. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed.

They had plenty of magazines for me to look through in the short time before my appointment began and they were right on time. They called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment, and sent a reminder card about 10 days beforehand. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.

They are a good dentist office. I have been to other offices that seem like a money making shop, dirty offices and offices that I am not sure are being completely honest about what me or my family need in the way of dental care. I have not felt that way about this dentist. The only issue I have with them are they are hard to get a hold of to schedule a visit and they sometimes cancel the appointment. Other than that, they are great.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
