I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. One big inconvinience is that you can only reach them through a nurse practioner via voice mail exchange. Many times they did not call me back. I've been frustrated any time ive tried to schedule an appt.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

It was satisfactory

Not really, I was hoping for someone with more experience
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
